Well when you pray you must do it with a lot of devotion always enconmeding yourself to the Virgin who has a lot of power and as Jesus listens to her she can tell him to help us.

So i can help you I must know if you had that feeling for no reason or was it because something happened to you that it got you terribly angry? because if it was because someone did something terrible to you, you must count until 10 and breath deep, remember that Jesus was masacred and he did not revenge by the contrary he felt sorry for us and asked God to forgive us, he never ever revenged.
This feelings we have sometimes come because the devil tempt us to sin, so he can do whatever he pleases with us, but if you have a very strong devotion to God evilness may not act!

In all means you must have a lot of serentity so I recomed you to lay down in your bed, put clasical music because it helps to think, think and meditate the reasons you feel with such rage and after that try to think that if the way you responded when you had those feelings could have caused moral or fisical damage and try to figure out a way to ask for forgivness and to fix the problem

Reading the Bible manytimes it is very good to look for advice, but remeber that to interpretate the Bible we must follow the rules, etc..the vatican has imposed
